Parties and subject
The agreement contains the verified seller identity, buyer/billing details, scope of the tailored AI communication service and whether the transaction is consumer or B2B.
Price and payment
Setup, usage, additional services, tax, total amount, currency and payment schedule are generated from the order snapshot. Amount or discount data supplied by the browser is not a trusted payment source.
Performance, delivery and acceptance
Service stages, customer dependencies, target dates and acceptance criteria come from the delivery plan attached to the agreement. Digital delivery and acceptance records are linked to the order identifier.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refund
The agreement shows withdrawal information appropriate to the transaction type. A consumer’s express request to start during the withdrawal period is recorded separately. Refund calculations separate completed stages, unstarted work, actual usage and pre-disclosed irreversible costs.
Data protection, records and disputes
Personal-data roles, call recording/transcript choices, cross-border transfer conditions and subprocessors are shown in relevant schedules based on the project data flow. Agreement version, acceptance time and payment records are retained for statutory periods. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
