Purpose and legal basis
Request and quote data is processed where directly necessary to establish or perform a contract, meet legal obligations or pursue legitimate interests that do not prejudice your fundamental rights. Explicit consent is separately collected only where legally required, such as optional marketing or particular recording/transfer scenarios; confirming that a notice was read is not treated as explicit consent.
Collection method and activity records
Data may be collected automatically or partly automatically through website forms, secure quote links, payment callbacks, email/phone communications and project delivery records. Acceptances are linked to their version, server timestamp and related request/order identifier.
Transfers
Data may be shared with hosting, email, payment, telephony, voice-processing and communication infrastructure providers only as necessary for the service. Where an international transfer occurs, an applicable KVKK transfer mechanism is identified and activity-specific notice is given; explicit consent is separately collected where required.
