Acceptable Use Policy

Authority and transparency

The customer must hold the necessary rights and authority for numbers, data sources, integrations and contact lists. AI involvement and, where applicable, recording are disclosed under applicable rules.

Prohibited use

The following uses are prohibited.

• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive or unsolicited commercial communication
• Harassment, threats, discrimination, hate or unlawful content
• Collection of unauthorised personal, sensitive or access data
• Misrepresentation as emergency services, public authority or a licensed professional
• Circumventing security, harming infrastructure or reverse engineering

Sensitive-sector boundaries

In healthcare, legal, financial and other regulated areas, the agent provides approved information, performs intake or routes to an authorised professional; it does not diagnose, provide legal opinions or investment advice, or make licensed decisions.

Enforcement

Where a breach is verified, the affected flow may be temporarily suspended to reduce risk. The customer is informed of the reason and remediation steps; serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination under the agreement.
