Delivery stages

Each project follows the stages below to the extent required by the approved scope. Target dates are generated from the quote and order record.

Delivery date and customer dependencies

The binding delivery dates are the milestones in the customer-approved quote/order. Where access, content, integration authority or feedback is required from the customer, the dependency and delay impact are shown in the order record.

Testing and acceptance

Each delivered stage is tested against agreed acceptance criteria. Customer acceptance, correction request or reasoned rejection is time-stamped. Silence counts as acceptance only where explicitly agreed in the order.

Start of service

Work starts after quote acceptance, required contractual approvals and the prerequisites defined in the order are complete. If payment is staged, the order states which payment starts each delivery stage.
