Privacy Policy

Data we collect

We only collect data you provide to us and that is necessary to deliver the service.

• AI Agent brief form: business details, contact name, work email and your preferences.
• Contact form: name, email and your message.
• Technical data: basic, privacy-friendly usage measurement (consent-based analytics).

Purposes of processing

We process your data to evaluate your request, prepare a tailored solution, communicate with you, and improve the website.

Form notices and preference records

Each form provides a short notice specific to that processing activity. Confirmation that the Privacy/KVKK notice was read is collected separately from optional marketing and commercial-communication consent. Notice and consent version, server timestamp and the related request/order identifier are recorded.

Demo calls, recording and transcripts

A phone demo request processes the name, phone number, selected scenario and technical audit data. A live demo call starts only at the user’s express request. If recording or transcription is enabled, a separate notice is given at the start of the call and the required preference or explicit consent is recorded. Marketing consent is not a condition of the demo.

Retention

We retain data for periods defined by data category, purpose and legal obligation. At expiry, periodic destruction processes delete, destroy or anonymise it; audit records retain only the minimum necessary fields.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
