How is the setup quote determined?
The setup fee is defined in a customer-specific written quote after discovery. Collection does not begin until the quote is accepted and service items are clearly itemised.

- Language, concurrency and expected traffic
- Custom development, testing and support needs
Minute usage and measurement
The USD 0.21/minute usage fee is calculated under the scope and measurement rules in the order record. The billing treatment of failed connections, test traffic and very short calls is stated in the customer-specific quote.
There is no fixed monthly platform fee. Usage detail is linked to the invoice period and retained as an auditable record.
Add-ons that may be itemised separately
The following costs are charged only when required for the project and shown as separate line items in the written quote.

VAT, currency and exchange rate
The VAT rate is shown in the quote and invoice after the formal accounting decision.
Invoice currency: Defined in the customer-specific quote. The applicable exchange rate and date are stated in the written quote. The order summary fixes tax and total amount before payment.
