AI Transparency
We are clear about how an AI-assisted system interacts with your customers. Transparency is a core principle of our product.
Users know they're talking to AI
At the start of a conversation, it is appropriately disclosed that the other party is an AI assistant.
Recording and consent
Recording and transcription are not assumed by default; each is configured separately in the project data flow. Where enabled, callers are informed of purpose, retention and transfer at the start, and the required legal basis and preference/consent record is established. Options to continue without recording or transfer to a human are defined in project rules.
What the AI can and cannot do
The AI provides information, takes appointment/booking requests and performs defined actions. In ambiguous or out-of-scope situations, it hands the conversation to a human.
- In sensitive sectors (e.g. healthcare) the AI does not diagnose or provide medical/legal advice.
- Human handoff is configured according to rules your business defines.
