Security and transparency controls are defined in the project based on your infrastructure. We don't display certifications or compliance badges we don't hold; the principles below apply to every setup.
AI transparency
The AI appropriately discloses that it is an AI assistant. It never deceptively imitates a human.
Data ownership
Conversation data belongs to your business. The AI answers only from the knowledge base you approve.
Data minimization
Only the data the service requires is collected; KVKK consents are never pre-ticked.
Handoff and boundaries
Ambiguous, sensitive or out-of-scope cases are handed to a human; the AI knows its boundaries.
Configuration-dependent controls
Controls such as retention, access and region are configured per project, based on your infrastructure.
